Exchange Policy

At House of Aveer, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. We currently offer exchanges only and do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The product is unused and unworn.
The product is in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, accessories, and dust bags are intact.
The product has not been damaged, altered, washed, or used.
The item is returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Us page or the contact details provided on our website.

Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange. We may also request photographs or videos of the product to verify its condition.

Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with the exchange instructions.

Exchange Shipping Charges

All exchange-related shipping charges are payable by the customer.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the original product back to House of Aveer as well as the shipping cost for the replacement product.

Exchange shipping charges must be paid as instructed by our team before the replacement order is dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the package and product.

After verification, House of Aveer will assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Products without their original tags or packaging
Products showing signs of use or handling
Customized or personalized products, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect
Items requested for exchange after the 7-day exchange period

No Returns or Refunds

House of Aveer follows an exchange-only policy. We do not accept returns for refunds, and we do not provide refunds for products that a customer simply no longer wishes to keep, subject to applicable consumer laws.
